The company also has India’s first multi-lingual helpline, NOW 24×7, which is manned by technical experts to provide instant support to customers. The NOW mobile service vans and mobile workshops further add to the reach and agility of the support network.
After achieving a robust volume growth over the past 4 years, Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Business today inaugurated its state-of-the-art 3S dealership in Bengaluru, Karnataka. With 9 service bays, the facility can service more than 8 vehicles per day while also providing driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance and AdBlue availability.
