Announced at CES in Las Vegas, this collaboration focuses on integrating NVIDIA’s AI, generative AI, digital twins, and physical AI technologies to drive the future of smart mobility.
The partnership aims to elevate Hyundai Motor Group’s innovation across key areas, including software-defined vehicles, autonomous driving, and robotics, while optimizing its manufacturing processes.

The Group will harness NVIDIA’s advanced computing capabilities and infrastructure to process massive data volumes essential for training AI models and building a robust autonomous vehicle (AV) software stack.
Through the NVIDIA Omniverse platform powered by NVIDIA OVX systems, Hyundai Motor Group will create a seamless digital thread across its existing software tools. This digital twin environment will enable accurate product design and prototyping, improving engineering efficiency, reducing costs, and accelerating time to market.
Enhancing Manufacturing with Digital Twins
Hyundai Motor Group will use Omniverse technologies to develop applications like digital twins for optimizing current and future manufacturing lines. These digital twins will streamline production processes, improve product quality, and enhance overall efficiency.
Simulation also plays a crucial role in developing and validating autonomous driving systems. By creating virtual environments, Hyundai Motor Group can safely test self-driving technology under various weather, traffic, and road conditions, including rare or hazardous scenarios.
