Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, the company behind ‘Joy e-bike’ and ‘Joy e-rik,’ has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with C4V, a New York-based leader in lithium-ion battery technology. This strategic partnership aims to revolutionize battery technology, enhance the performance of electric vehicles (EVs), and contribute to India’s transition toward green mobility.
The collaboration is centered on creating tailored battery cells for Wardwizard’s EV lineup, including high-speed scooters and three-wheelers. By utilizing C4V’s expertise in battery pack design, high-charge cycle architectures, and climate-optimized Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries, the initiative is poised to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the demands of the Indian market.
Under the MoU, both companies will work together on defining product specifications, developing prototypes, and conducting comprehensive testing to ensure superior performance and reliability. The partnership also underscores a commitment to the ‘Make in India’ initiative, emphasizing local manufacturing and fostering innovation in sustainable energy technologies.
