SKF India has appointed Cilvina Pereira as the new Head of Marketing and Communication for its Automotive Business, effective November 2025. This strategic move aligns with the company’s recent restructuring, which saw its industrial and automotive divisions transition into two independent entities.
In her new role, Pereira will drive marketing and communication initiatives with a strong focus on the rapidly evolving mobility landscape, particularly within the electric vehicle and two-wheeler sectors—key growth areas for the organisation.
With over 15 years of professional experience, Pereira has held significant responsibilities across several leading global brands, contributing to high-impact marketing and communication strategies that strengthened business growth and customer engagement.
She is an alumna of the Advanced Programme for Senior Marketing Professionals at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, further strengthening her expertise in strategic leadership.
