India's Leading Magazine For Manufacturing Industries

  • The accreditation has been granted by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories.
  • The accreditation includes 16 parameters of testing for colour coil performance.

Euro Panel Products Ltd, the parent company behind EUROBOND – one of the leading Aluminium Composite Panel Brands in India, has been accredited by NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) for in-house colour coil testing and performance under ISO/IEC 17025 standards. The certification has been garnered after Euro Panel Products Ltd’s state-of-the-art laboratory underwent meticulous assessments by the NABL, including 16 parameters of testing for colour coil performance. The accreditation also involves surprise audits by NABL officials, calibration and intermediate equipment checks, documentation & 3-year record-keeping of reports, as well as verification of staff training and technical qualifications.

The certification also means that Euro Panel Products Ltd passed in flying colours in four levels of annual competency testing. This involved repeating tests for accuracy, replicating the same tests to ensure the same results, inter-laboratory testing by external labs for consistency, and verification by highly specialized technical labs. The NABL certification highlights multiple layers of accountability on Euro Panel Products Ltd, ensuring long-term commitment towards premium products. Furthermore, the NABL certification ensures scientific accuracy and global acceptance, supplementing the firm’s global reach in the Facades industry.

Mr. Divyam Shah, Whole Time Director & CFO of Euro Panel Products Limited, delivered his insights on the development, saying, “The NABL accreditation speaks volumes of our commitment to delivering premium, high-quality facades to both domestic and global markets. We have always maintained stringent quality control for our diverse product offerings, and this certification now highlights this to all of our users. With the global recognition of the NABL accreditation via ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) and APLAC (Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation), we are now uniquely equipped to meeting the global users’ requirements comprehensively through innovation & quality standards.”

Apart from the NABL accreditation, Euro Panel Products Ltd has several other certifications that put its facades among the best in the industry. The firm already holds certifications like ISO 9001:2015 that ensure processes and SOPs meet international quality benchmarks, and ISO/IEC 17025 (through NABL) that proves the technical competence of the company’s state-of-the-art proprietary testing lab. Euro Panel Products Ltd’s facade panels are also NFPA 285 tested & certified, an internationally recognised fire test for wall assemblies, and FR Class A2 Certification for fire-retardant ACPs. With the incorporation of the NABL accreditation, Euro Panel Products Ltd is able to ensure that every test is scientifically valid and globally benchmarked, calibrated equipment that are verified and consistently accurate, a highly capable technical team for precise results and 100% reliable and traceable test reports, along with Material Test Certificates.

This development comes following the company’s recent expansion to the Gulf region, in Qatar, with the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary named Euro Panel Products Trading. The company also recently became the first Indian ACP company to be listed on the mainboards of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), coupled with significantly promising quarterly results, highlighting user trust and growth. The NABL accreditation would also be a catalyst to strengthen the firm’s domestic and international presence, highlighting long-term growth.
