1. EG Permanent Magnet Series: Tailored Air, Just When You Need It
Our EG PM Series is built with Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). These machines are a perfect match for plants where compressed air demand fluctuates throughout the day, whether it’s a high-activity day shift or a quieter night run.
Unlike fixed-speed compressors that deliver a constant output regardless of demand (wasting energy when air isn’t needed), the EG PM Series dynamically adjusts output. This means you only produce as much compressed air as your plant needs, reducing waste and cutting energy costs.
And here’s the real breakthrough: our permanent magnet motors exceed the global IE5 efficiency standard, achieving an anticipated IE7 level, which translates to 97% electrical efficiency. For operations that rely on large compressors—75 kW and above—the EG Super Premium Series is designed to maximize efficiency without compromising performance. How? It all starts with the newly optimized two-stage air-end.
While two-stage compression isn’t new, our engineering team has redesigned the configuration for optimal performance. By splitting the compression into two stages, the machine manages pressure ratios more effectively and minimizes heat buildup, a common energy drain in single-stage compressors. The result is better energy efficiency and significantly reduced operational costs.
But it doesn’t stop there. We’ve also integrated IE4 motors, which are among the most energy-efficient induction motors available today. Combined with the two-stage airend, these compressors deliver industry-leading specific power consumption, making them truly stand out in their class.
To top it all off, we’ve added the Neuron 4 intelligent controller—a 7-inch touchscreen interface packed with advanced safety, control, and diagnostics features. It’s more intuitive, reliable, and ensures users have complete visibility over machine performance.
